TWGEEMA began and still exists as a group on Facebook, made up of Electronic Music collectors, producers, record label owners and other specialists in the field. Albums are nominated by and then voted on by the members of the group. Those albums at the top of each chart are the ones in receipt of the most votes. Simple, really.
